[dropcap]Y[/dropcap]ellowstone National Park’s geothermal features make this park one of the most fascinating and unique in the country. Photographer Bennett Root, Jr. captures the beauty and wonder of Yellowstone.
Mist soaked, we clung to the railing of the wooden platform, watching in awe as tons of water thundered over the horseshoe-shaped precipice and plummeted 350 feet down into the chasm of Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat) on the Argentina side of Iguazu National Park.
We came to Puerto Vallarta to relax, and relax we did. A couple of lazy days dipping feet into the gentle waves of the Bay of Banderas, soaking up the warm afternoon sun at our beachfront resort, and wondering at a star filled sky after a late night garden stroll soothed our tattered nerves.
